Therapy & Training

Functional Training

Yoga & Yoga Wall

Gymnastics for the body and respiration is good for everyone. A psycho-physical discipline aimed at meditation and relaxation. An ancient philosophy. You will develop great posture – muscle extension – psycho-physical well-being. You will develop: posture – mobility – general wellness.

Boxing

Tell him with your fists! An excellent workout to relieve tension. In life it is always better to know how to defend yourself. You will develop resistance – coordination – speed – burns calories.

Manual Therapy

The hand that knows how to rest. To remedy joint pain through targeted therapy based on a global approach. Osteopathy and therapeutic treatments. It’s really you, learning how to self-heal. You will develop the function that favors self-healing.

Activities For Kids

You will develop basic and secondary engine schemes – coordination – personality – self-confidence. You will develop: Primary and secondary scheme of motion – coordination – character.

Endurance

Physical resistance is synonymous with stress resistance. If you want to have more gears in life, learn how to handle stress loads from resistance training. Soft Gymnastics

Balance Training

You always have to find the right balance, better to train yourself to find it as soon as possible. We will teach you to put the center of gravity in the right place. Training with tilting platforms (Indoboard, Bosu, Vew-Do), medical balls and more. You will develop balance – apply skiing skills, surfing, golf, and many other sports in the training schemes learned during these workouts.

Aquagym

With only a sixth of gravity we will move more easily, but that does not mean that we will not feel our body working. Simple and fun, a gym for everyone who needs to cool down under the hot sun. You will develop muscle tone – coordination – motor re-education.

Agility & Skills Training

With the little tools used in athletic training, we invent agility and speed trails to prepare you for any sport. It’s especially fun for children. You will develop agility – speed – dexterity – coordination.

Hypertrophy

The “Michelangelo” program will sculpt you like a statue of the notorious Italian sculptor. The right shapes never break. Even the eye wants its part. You will develop a few more pounds more on the scale and a harmonious body in shapes and proportions.

Fat Burning

Earn your meal at the gym. It would be a shame to come to Sardinia and not to eat tasty Italian cuisine. We have a secret agreement with every hotel’s chef. Training for calorie consumption, blood glucose control and triglycerides, along with respiratory cardio training. You will develop calorie consumption – oxygenation – capillation – control of blood values – improve your vascular and respiratory capacity. You will develop: burning calories – capillarization – emetic value control – improve breath and vascular capacity.

Passive Stretching

LSN provides personal training services and manual therapies in our centers or directly at your place. LSN provides full-time trainers year-round or just for short periods like vacations.
